1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from us.
- Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change without prior notice.
2. Payment Terms
- An advance payment of 25–50% is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Radhika Himalayan Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times.
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or visas.
- Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles will be the traveler's responsibility.
6. Liability
Radhika Himalayan Tour acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
